Why should I subscribe to the newsletter?
The newsletter is interesting for you if you would like to be informed about new products and great offers. We also regularly send discount vouchers via the newsletter or draw attention to competitions such as festival tickets.
How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter in the newsletter itself. To do this, simply click on “unsubscribe” in the footer area. No further newsletter will then be sent to you.
Of course, you can also simply send us your wish to unsubscribe from the newsletter by email. Simply write us a short email to info@13bpm.de
How can I track my shipment?
You will automatically receive one after every order
Order confirmation. You can find this in your email inbox. Please also check your spam folder if you cannot find it.
You can easily access the shipment tracking portal using the link provided
our shipping partner DHL. If you accidentally deleted the email or if it cannot be found, you can optionally log in

What ordering options are there?
You can easily and conveniently place your order via our

You can order with your own customer account or with guest access.
We also accept orders by email, post and telephone.
Why is there no link for the shipment tracking portal in my order confirmation?
In many cases we only report packages to DHL afterwards. This has primarily an ecological reason. We recycle cardboard boxes and ensure that every package is packaged sustainably. By recycling and testing shipping options, we save large amounts of CO2, waste and of course shipping materials such as cardboard and foil every year.
Why hasn't my order shipped yet?
Please give us some time to prepare the order for shipping. Your goods usually leave our warehouse within 72 hours.
For some items this may take a little longer. Please also check whether the item is already specified with a longer delivery time. It happens that certain items require increased delivery times due to pandemic events, waves of infections and the associated production downtimes or raw material problems, as well as increased volumes from suppliers.

Attempted delivery but no one was there?
If your parcel delivery person cannot find you, you can use the shipment tracking to see whether the parcel was delivered to a neighbor or to the post office. In a few cases, a second delivery attempt is made. You can find all further information in the shipment tracking.
More days have already passed than stated in the delivery time. What do I do now?
We apologize if this inconvenience occurs. Please first check the status of your shipment using the tracking number.
If there is still any uncertainty about the whereabouts of your package, please contact us. Please note that due to raw material shortages, pandemic events and lockdown, the delivery time may be delayed in a few cases.

Can I change the delivery address or delivery date later?

Can I also order personally on site?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to order on site.

How can I pay in the online shop?
